I am letting go of all negative feelings.
I take positive action to restore my body.
I do not stress over things I cannot control.
I let go of all negative thoughts and feelings.
  And so it is!

My body is healing itself.
My body de-ages while I sleep.
I can be tranquil in every situation.
My body is strong, healthy and relaxed.

I am in great shape.
I create peace in my world.
In spirit I have eternal youth.
My illness is slowly melting away.
  And so it is!

I am healed.
I practice being at peace.
Every cell in my body is well.
I let my spirit shine through.
  And so it is!

This is hard, and I can do hard things.
I radiate youth and vivacity in all that I do.
All things are unfolding as they are supposed to.
I appreciate my life and find things to be grateful for.
  And so it is!

Each day I am becoming healthier.
I see myself growing younger every day.
In my sadness I create space to heal myself.
I go with the flow my life is easy and filled with joy.

I choose to release all illness.
I wake up every morning a day younger.
I attract people who accept me and love me.
I can take things one day, or one hour, at a time.

I do my best with what I can.
I visualize myself at my perfect age.
I allow love to guide all my relationships.
I get angry sometimes, but I am full of love.

I focus on things I love.
All of my feelings are ok.
I welcome eternal youth into my life.
I am safe when I am near other people.

I draw inspiration from life.
It is safe to get off my own case.
I constantly think positive thoughts.
We easily alter the energy of the world.
  And so it is!

I make friends easily.
I feel better in this now moment.
I have adopted a healthier lifestyle.
I send my earth home love and healing.

I am growing up well.
I share the best of myself.
I reconnect with my inner-self.
I plan to live a long and vibrant life.

I choose to have peace.
I pray for all world events.
I plan to enjoy my 100th birthday.

I love looking 20 years younger than my age.

I find ways to overcome challenges.
I look, think, and feel youthful at all times.
